Request for Legal Representation

     Hello,     

     I'm seeking legal representation regarding serious allegations made against me by Pine Street Inn in 2022, resulting in housing loss, reputational harm, and substantial property losses.     

     I recently uncovered significant contradictions in Pine Street Inn's own written records.     

     Documented evidence:     

     - August 8, 2022: A PSI manager confirmed receiving and being able to view video evidence disputing allegations against me and stated it had been forwarded to her supervisor.     

     - August 19: PSI's attorneys issued a Notice to Quit containing allegations of racist and threatening behavior that I dispute.     

     - September 20: PSI management stated in writing that it had decided to withdraw and dismiss the termination notice based on information I provided.     

     - November 22: PSI attorney Catherine F. Downing instead signed a letter stating enforcement of the Notice to Quit was merely "on hold."     

     - November 28: I emailed Downing the video evidence directly.     

     - December 12: PSI's own grievance liaison formally questioned the allegations, stating he could find no supporting incident reports in PSI's records.     

     Potential claims for legal evaluation include defamation/libel, wrongful eviction, retaliation, and related civil-rights violations.     

     Of particular concern are the written allegations of racism, threats, and criminal activity, their dissemination to third parties, and the resulting damage to my reputation and housing stability.     

     I possess the original correspondence, signed legal documents, and surveillance footage supporting this timeline.     

     Given the approaching or potentially expired filing deadlines, I would appreciate an opportunity for an initial case evaluation.
