False Statements Made About Me
The following document contains written allegations made against me. I dispute these statements and maintain they are false. I am posting the original language here so readers can review what was said and compare it directly with the emails, recordings, YouTube Videos and other evidence I have made public.

"...were referring to his race, and replied, “what people?”, you responded by saying “your kind”, an obvious reference to the Counselor’s race, also telling you that the light had not been touched, that you then went to the bathroom and realized that the light was still on motion detected, that the Counselor then asked again who were you referring to, you stated, sarcastically “PSI employees”, that the Counselor attempted to defuse the situation, letting you know that you had gotten off to a bad start but expressing the desire to have a better relationship going forward, that you took this comment as a threat, told the Counselor that you were recording the conversation, even though you had not disclosed to him that you were doing so and did not obtain his consent to do so, which is a crime under G.L. c. 272 §99, then you slammed your door in his face, however, you could be heard inside your unit, using racial slurs, including saying “these nggers think they run shit, well, I have time today mother-fcker” and “who does this n*gger think, standing up to me” and “I’m going to email his boss and get his ass fired, they don’t belong here”; and/or
• on or about August 3, 2022 at approximately 8:00 p.m., as the Overnight Counselor was in the office, he could hear someone outside his office, saying in a loud voice, “I shoulda had this yesterday for your ass!”, that the Counselor went to the office door and saw you holding a can of pepper spray, that based upon the incident that had happened on the previous day, the Counselor felt threatened, that he then stated to you that “why do you need pepper spray? We don’t have issues, you were wrong yesterday and I’m past that, no hard feelings”, in attempt to defuse the situation, the Counselor asked you what was your issue, to which you stated that you did not like the way that he talked, very fast and animated, that the Counselor assured you that he was not trying to threaten you, that the Counselor also reminded you that you were not permitted to record persons without their knowledge because it was illegal, that you then proceeded to play the recording that you had improperly done on the previous day, that you then went back to your room and slammed your door, that the Counselor was concerned enough for his safety that he decided to leave the building, that as he was leaving, he could hear you inside your room, saying “we got that ngger, we are gonna get his mother-fcking ass out of here, I have time today”, then saying “watch this”, that you then exited your room with a camera that you proceeded to shove into the Counselor’s face, almost hitting him with it, then started to record him as he tried to leave the area, that you admitted that you had referred to “you people” on the previous day, that your behavior was so aggressive that the Counselor called his supervisor, that while he was on the phone, you began yelling and screaming loudly, falsely claiming that the Counselor was hurting you and harassing you and banging on your door, that you then jumped at him and then went back to your unit, slamming the door, yelling “I’m calling the emergency line on you, you fcking ngger”, that it was noted that during this incident, you appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance, as your pupils were dilated and you were sweating and stuttering; and/or..."

I'm Jeramy Dalpe, mentally ill but high functioning ASD1.
Pine Street Inn (AKA PSI), helped me get back to work while I adjusted to trusting people again, then helped get me housed in one of their Brookline residential housing units. I did very well. I should make clear that PSI is a wonderful organization in all other depts, but their property management needs to be flushed from top (Matthew Pyne), all the way down(Nate "Ricky" Rickerson).
On August 3rd, 2022, Nate "Ricky" Rickerson, a 2nd shift PSI Employee, falsely accused me of using racist and threatening language to his boss, Andrea Quintyne, at my doorway. I was deeply upset as I have never engaged in such behavior. When I said "I hate it when you people do that", I was referring to PSI employees, not race or skin color.
Unbeknownst to them, my seven 4K security cameras recorded everything, proving my innocence. When they learned of this, they tried to gaslight me into believing the recordings were illegal, which they are not.
Several individuals either participated in the false accusations or failed to address the truth. This led to legal actions against me, causing the loss of my apartment and belongings worth about $80,000.
The administration NEVER tried to fix what their staff did, only covered it up.
I reported their lawyer to the American BAR Association for professional misconduct for ignoring evidence that cleared me. I gave them multiple chances to fix it. They further spread lies to housing authorities and the police, ruining my chances of finding housing and forcing me onto the street, absolutely destroyed my life.

What Pine Street Inn did was cruel and traumatic, resulting in significant violations of my human rights. Their actions have led to a strong and compelling case against them, including: racial slander, defamation, and, most importantly, libel.
During my investigation into Pine Street Inn Property Management abuses, I uncovered extensive corruption in Cambridge Bay Cove Human Services. I witnessed similar racial abuses as in Brookline and Boston. Bay Cove's actions are even more brazen than Pine Street Inn's.
I will speak at several Cambridge City Council meetings to explain how my experience at Pine Street Inn led me to expose the Bay Cove atrocities. (Spoke at one so far LINK). Unlike my experience with PSI, Cambridge officials welcomed my reports instead of responding with racial hostility. I will not name names of these wonderful people because they helped me when no one else would! I'm afraid they'll be targeted by a smear campaign also.
Remember, my evidence proves they were doing what they falsely claim i was doing. It's funny when corrupt people do that, like some politicians do every day.

Their careers are tainted, that's not my fault,
I'm just telling the world what they did to me, and it's my right.
