Legal Help

Latest open letter for legal help

I am looking for legal representation or a serious case review involving Pine Street Inn, supportive housing misconduct, retaliation, false statements, and what I believe are significant civil rights and housing-related violations.

This matter is not based on rumor, emotion, or a simple disagreement with staff. I have spent years documenting what happened, and I have preserved substantial evidence, including video, audio, written communications, public records, organizational documents, and published material. My position is that Pine Street Inn and individuals connected to the organization made false claims, abused their authority, retaliated against me, damaged my housing stability, and caused severe personal and financial harm.

The core issue is this: I believe Pine Street Inn used false statements and institutional power to portray me as a threat or problem while concealing their own misconduct. Their actions contributed to the loss of my housing and personal property, along with lasting damage to my reputation and safety. I also believe my case reflects a broader pattern in supportive housing, where vulnerable tenants and residents are mistreated, ignored, or silenced because the provider controls the paperwork, the narrative, and access to services.

I have built public websites documenting the matter, including supporting documents, timelines, names, communications, and related evidence. I understand that public advocacy and litigation strategy are different things, and I am prepared to work with counsel on how best to organize, preserve, and present the evidence in a legally effective way.

I am seeking an attorney who can evaluate potential claims involving some or all of the following:

Civil rights violations
Housing-related retaliation or wrongful conduct
Defamation / false statements
Negligence or intentional misconduct
Loss of property and damages
Abuse of authority by a nonprofit housing provider
Failure to follow required procedures
Potential claims against individuals and/or organizational insurance coverage

I am not looking for someone to simply “send a letter.” I am looking for counsel who can assess the evidence, identify viable claims, and determine whether this matter can be pursued through litigation, settlement demand, insurance claim, or another serious legal route.

I can provide a concise evidence packet, links to the public documentation, a timeline, and copies of the key records upon request. I am also willing to narrow the focus to the strongest legally actionable claims if that is the best strategy.

Please let me know whether your office would be willing to review this matter, and whether you handle cases involving civil rights, housing abuse, nonprofit misconduct, defamation, or institutional retaliation.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Jeramy Dalpe
