I informed whoever was working tonight about not turning off the motion light in the bathroom. He reacted aggressively and even threatened that if I continued this way, he would make my life a living hell for the entire month. 

By the way, I have it recorded. 

He directly threatened me, and I believe he should not return. 

While I may not be friendly to everyone who hasn't earned it from me, I certainly do not go around threatening residents. I trust that last evening's issue can be quickly resolved as it should be through supportive housing communications.

I don't know, just some new guy.

After that incident, I stayed in my room and avoided him for the rest of his shift.

He worked again, and as I predicted, it escalated. I recorded a lot of HD video on my GoPro because he wouldn't stop yelling at me. Now, he sees that he can't silence me, so he's accusing me of being racist. This will not stand. 

I refuse to sit back and allow this guy to get worse while I pay the price, absolutely not.
